Professional agree to return phone inquiries within one business day.

"One business day" might be the next day you work after the initial call/email from a prospective client. We never conceived of a definition for the next business day to mean anything other than the next day you normally work.

The real basis for this requirement was to remove the tendency of some therapists to not respond promptly to prospective clients' inquiries. Over and over, we've heard from consumers that when they phone prospective therapists, they sometimes never get a call back!   Consumers shouldn't have to hope and pray that they get a return call.  AgoraMHN professionals need to want to offer good customer service.
